Overview

Legacy Retirement Communities ABC Seamless of Nebraska, and Primary Care Partners all came to us in order to gain more applications for various positions at their respective companies. We strategized and created two different campaigns on Google and Meta that accommodated each client’s industries and the type of roles they wanted to fill. We saw great success with these campaigns over the course of their run.

Our Approach

Legacy Retirement Communities 

Using both Google Display ads and Google Paid Search, this campaign featured imagery and messaging that promoted specific open positions at Legacy Retirement Community locations across Lincoln, NE. We used a series of keywords that focused on LPN jobs, med aide jobs, and night shifts, which were a particular goal of our client. We found that LRC’s particular audience was most likely to be searching on Google or on certain websites looking for work, which was in our favor in terms of where and how the ads were showing.

Over the course of this campaign, the ads generated over 846 conversions, including phone call clicks and form submissions. We also recorded 14.3M impressions, which is a great sign of overall interest in the ads. 

ABC Seamless of Nebraska

ABC Seamless wanted to run two campaigns promoting jobs for both English and Spanish speakers. We created two separate Facebook and Instagram campaigns that had specific messaging tailored to the two audiences. Promoting labor-intensive positions and all of the benefits that potential employees would receive helped to gain audience interest. Then, we showed videos with employees to help give an idea of what life at ABC Seamless was like. The campaign generated both a high CTR, above industry averages, especially on the Spanish ads, and form submissions on the ABC Seamless websites.

Primary Care Partners

Primary Care Partners in Lincoln, NE, wanted to promote their open nursing positions across multiple locations in the area. With our help and the use of supporting testimonial videos, we were able to create successful ads on Facebook that shined a light on how wonderful and rewarding it is to work for the practice. Throughout the campaign, we recorded over 1700 landing page views, saw multiple applications come through, and reported on nearly 60 phone calls.
