Overview

Many credit unions suffer from the misconception that they can’t offer the service and technology available from national mega-banks. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Credit Union of American can go toe-to-toe with the big banks in both regards, especially with their mobile app. 

Credit Union of America sought a campaign with tandem goals: showing the high functionality of their mobile app while also showing members how easy and convenient it is to use.

Our Approach

To showcase how easy CUA’s mobile app features are to use, we wanted to tell short, slice-of-life stories that were relatable to the target audience. In addition to showing the ease of use, we also aimed to help members realize some of the best real-life uses for the app to drive how just how beneficial it can be. 

Digital ads, social media posts and social media ads let us spread our message about the CUA app.

Marketing Results

On a modest media buying budget, our ads promoting the Member Education videos amassed more than 90,000 views on Facebook and YouTube and 191 total leads. On YouTube, we garnered a nice and low $0.05 cost per click and impressive 8.76% conversion rate—beating industry standards by a healthy margin.
